The INnovaparq ULL space features 29 modular offices, including several fully equipped Biotechnology labs, distributed on floors 5-7 of the Tower. These offices are offered on a rental basis for up to 2 years (with possible extension).
Renting modular offices and private laboratories is available to businesses.
On the other hand, the laboratories are extra services of common use and must be requested apart from the rental of offices.
