The INnovaparq Dársena INfactory facility is located at the Fishing Dock in the capital of Tenerife. Just 5 minutes away from the strategic hub where much of the island’s bustling industrial, entrepreneurial and business activities are concentrated.

Infactory has a laboratory maker, a computer thinking laboratory and an audiovisual training room.

The INnovaparq Dock location is targeted at newly created companies and entrepreneurs with technology and knowledge-intensive business ventures that are potentially applicable to the maritime and port industries.

Services

INfactory features 3 floors for entrepreneurs and businesses with a 2-year office facility service on a rental basis (extendible for up to 3 years).

Ground Level:

Entrance hall, waiting area, elevator
Maker Laboratory equipped with 3D printers and other complementary material.
Children’s computational thinking laboratory.
Two (2) 19 and 23m2 offices equipped with office furniture.
Accessible bathrooms.

First Floor:

Seven (7) 19 and 23m2 offices equipped with office furniture.
Accessible bathrooms.

Second Floor:

Three (3) 26 and 30m2 offices equipped with office furniture.
traiIN – training room – with capacity for up to 30 people.
meetIN – meeting room – with capacity for up to 10 people.
eatIN – lunch room.
chillIN – relaxation area.
Accessible bathrooms.

Private Services

Available for rent: Offices and private modular laboratories (from 19 m² to 30 m²).

The laboratories (3D printing workshop and 3D animation workshop) are extra services of common use and they must be requested apart from the rental of offices.
